Semi-Automatic Die-Cutter
1. The main motor uses an inverter for speed control.
2. The paper feed rubber roller is coated with dual-durometer rubber (soft inside and hard outside), providing both elasticity and wear resistance.
3. Phase adjustment utilizes a planetary gear mechanism with an electronic digital display, allowing for adjustment during operation.
4. The die roller automatically shifts left and right during operation, minimizing overlap between the die and the drill wheel, thereby increasing the lifespan of the ULI rubber drill wheel.
5. The drill wheel has a differential function, minimizing overlap between the die and the drill wheel, thereby increasing the lifespan of the ULI rubber drill wheel.
6. The die cutter can be manually adjusted for position.
7. The wheel axles are all made of steel and dynamically balanced for enhanced operational stability.
8. Optional: The paper feeding part can be equipped with manual adjustment or electric adjustment.
